Erin Goes Everywhere 2022 Wrap-Up

I started writing this on the last day of 2022 (right under the buzzer). 365 days flew by! Of course there were some technology issues. So here’s my wrap up, a wee bit late.

I got to visit a lot of great places in 2022. Some were brand new, and others were old favorites. I’m grateful for each experience they brought me, both positive and negative.

It was a successful trip to the Adirondacks this week. On a whim, I booked a motel room and decided to cross two more fire tower trails off my list. 

While the booking was spontaneous, prepping for the hike was not.

Hiking my first Adirondack Fire Tower trail

I set a goal for myself this year. In 2021, I will complete the Adirondack Fire Tower Challenge.

It’s a lofty goal, involving investing in some gear, putting some time aside, and making the journey out to the Adirondack region every so often.
